What we collect and why
When you request the free workout, we collect your email address so we can send the plan you asked for. If you separately tick the marketing permission box, we may also send useful fitness information and occasional online coaching offers.
How your information is handled
We use MailerLite to securely process email sign-ups and send emails on our behalf. We only keep your information while it is needed for these purposes, or until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us at the address above. Unsubscribing from optional marketing does not affect delivery of a free plan you have already requested.
